いつも通り起きる。昨晩は咳が余り出なかったのでクスリを飲まなかったのだが、いがらっぽくなってきたので出勤前に飲んでおく。午後、取引先で延々会議。いわゆる地元対応とよばれる、地方自治体の首長との折衝の様子を聞くことができて楽しい。傍目にはコメディのようでもあるが、当事者たちは真剣そのもの。夕方帰社し、外国との電話会議を経て20時前に会社を出る。帰宅すると息子がまだ起きていた。
