朝から粛々と仕事。週の頭はチーム内での定例会議があるのだが、ここでお互いに自分の仕事を確認して情報を共有し、かつタスクの積み残しを避けるようになっている。営業にいた頃は会議のための会議のようなこともなくはなかったが、今の部署では会議が良く機能しているなと思う。午後も仕事をこなしてゆく。明日からまた研修なのでやれる仕事を片付けておく。日付が変わる頃帰宅。
